Daddies on the road again!

The Love Daddies' publicity machine is running ever slowly.

Last Friday evening, The Daddies performed classic tracks and a number of new songs to a field of hippies at Nicstock, Moretonhampstead, Devon.

This picture was taken before the gig. More shots from the performance, to follow.

It was a momentous occasion, a full six years since the band's first ever gig, which was also at Nicstock. It was a year since their previous gig,(that one turned out to be the final appearance of former guitarist Daddy Simon), furthermore, it was the first outing for the band with well received new member, Daddy Steve on the keys, who brought along with him a whole new groovy sound.

The support was provided by up and coming Devon band, The Fritz.

Following the recent departure of guitarist Daddy Simon, Daddy Steve has joined the Love Daddies.

Daddy Steve is a keyboard player, so at present, the Daddies's sound is undergoing a radical metamorphasis. At present there is not another guitarist in the frame.

The Daddies' next gig will take place on the evening of June 12th 2010, at Thorverton Country Fair, Devon
